Professional Background
Dr. Thuo Mathenge holds a doctorate in development economics and has worked across public finance, cooperative reform and agribusiness advisory for more than twenty years.
Leadership Experience
He has chaired county development committees, led cooperative turnarounds and served on boards that delivered water, market and health projects across the Mt. Kenya region.
Community Involvement
Known simply as Noo Wanguku, he has funded bursaries, supported women's table banking groups and mentored young entrepreneurs in all six sub-counties.
